OSSTEM Meeting 2013 Malaysia

This year’s OSSTEM Meeting was held at Malaysia!! Yes! MALAYSIA. 

OSSTEM meeting?? What is that actually?

OSSTEM meeting was basically conference about dental implantology and oral maxillofacial surgery field which was organised by OSSTEM (OSSTEM is actually worldwide corporation that supplied dental implant product).

This conference was held in all over countries around the world and luckily, this year, OSSTEM meeting was held in our home country, MALAYSIA!!

The purpose of this OSSTEM meeting was introducing cutting edge knowledge and latest developments by international experts on dental implantology field. It was an excellent platform for clinicians and all those that interested in this field. 

All lectures and live surgery demo was held by well recognized specialists in oral surgery,prosthodontics, periodontology as well as in regenerative surgery.

This awesome conference was held on 10th November 2013 (Sunday) at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). It was joined by more than 350 participants which ranging from oral surgeons, other dental specialists, general dental practitioners and also undergraduate students.

Among the conference participants are dental students of UKM. Of course, they do not let go of a golden opportunity to join the conference.

This conference gives lot of knowledge to all clinician especially undergraduate students. Hopefully, many more events like this will be held in the future with the participation of undergraduate students.
